For people who don't know about the company, Stratvisions inc is a web design and web development firm. Most of the people they hire are information technology graduates.I was once their employee but to be honest I didn't see any difficulty following their company policies since its very clear from the beginning that those policies were explained briefly and clearly to newly hired employees. They even signed a contract stating they agreed with rules and regulations of the company. My advice to those people who keeps criticizing the company to stop and be professional especially to those people who didn't resigned to the company in a proper way which they called the AWOL employees. I respect your opinions but as much as possible be honest and don't give the people false accusations and malicious criticisms.
