My advice….
Well first of all,I haven't had that many jobs in my life because I don't want to fool myself getting a job and committing myself to the company then all of a sudden transferring from different kind of companies every month or worst going AWOL.If you want to have a successful career you should start from scratch not boasting around you know everything and telling everyone you don't like working in your current company.Logic right?!I don't get this people if you don’t like the company's policies why would you sign the contract?!If you did sign the contract,simple advice finish your contract and then go..

So far I haven't encountered any problems with the management.Bakit?maybe because I'm not doing anything wrong and I'm working hard like everyone else..hehehe
